Sienna Hills Auto Mall

Clarity Design Group had the opportunity to design the first “high line” auto mall in Utah. The 40-acre site is located in Washington, Ut. With direct freeway visibility and access, this automall, which is dedicated for luxury-line brands, is sure to be a notable development in southern Utah for years to come. Volkswagen of Cypress and Clear Lake

We are currently working on the schematic designs of what will be two of the largest Volkswagen dealerships in the United States. Each of these projects will incorporate the latest “white frame” standards and will stand out as lanterns on a hill in the Texas skyline. Construction on these two sites will begin in fall of 2021.

The Point at Saratoga

Clarity Design Group has been selected as the designing architect for a new retail center located at 1140 N and Redwood Road in Saratoga, Utah. This center will have five multi-tenant retail buildings with retailers in convenience retail, fast food and sit-down dining. The Point at Saratoga is sure to be a center of great activity along the Redwood Road corridor in Saratoga. Construction is to begin in the spring of 2021.

Woods Event Center

Clarity has recently been awarded the contract to design the new Woods Event Center to be located in Ammon, Idaho. The new center will house many private functions including weddings, receptions, funerals and business meetings. The project will have a grand hall with a stage and mezzanine overlook. Special attention will also be given to an open-air walled garden room that will spill off of the main meeting space. Construction is to begin in spring of 2021.
