He also has professional experience in tenant improvements, fitness centers, and office warehouse design. He has enjoyed working with clients from the inception of their projects to their completion. Aaron Oesterle
Aaron grew up in the Midwest, where he developed a strong foundation in hands-on work and gained valuable experience in the construction industry. His innate curiosity and interest in understanding the built environment sparked a passion for architecture and the various techniques and methodologies involved in design and construction.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University, where he also completed minors in Sustainability and Digital Media. With over 10 years of experience in the architecture field, Aaron brings a creative, "out-of-the-box" approach to design.
With a strong base of returning clients, Aaron's diverse portfolio spans a wide range of project types, including tenant improvements, multi-story buildings, car dealerships, restaurants, convenience stores, retail centers, medical clinics, fitness centers, professional offices, climbing gyms, manufacturing warehouses, and more.

Chad Schultz
Chad has been a project manager and project architect for the last 20+ years. His experience covers a wide range of project types, sizes and complexities, ranging from TI (Tenant Improvement) spaces to large new construction projects. Project types include medical, hospitality, retail, professional office, banking, car dealerships, convenience stores & transportation. He works closely with clients from programing through to the final project completion and client occupation. He enjoys being integrally involved in all aspects of the design, drawing documentation and construction administration phases to ensure the best possible project outcome.

Michelle Fisk
Michelle is an Interior Designer and brings more than 25 years’ experience with projects spanning many sectors, including healthcare, commercial, institutional, high-end residential, and resort condo/hotel design. Over the last decade she has focused on healthcare design and completed numerous medical projects for hospitals, physician offices, surgery suites, and specialized clinics including hyperbarics, pain management and physical therapy. As a proud Oregon Duck, her degree in Interior Architecture allows her efforts to blend seamlessly with the architectural team. Michelle's outstanding communication skills, organization, and customer service contribute to project success and client satisfaction. She possesses a broad range of proficiencies in space planning, architectural detailing, construction documents, consultant coordination, and finish material selection. At her core, Michelle possesses a deep desire to create beautiful spaces that are not only functional but exceptionally meaningful to those they serve. Having grown up in the shadow of the Tetons, Wyoming holds a special place in her heart and as a result she loves outdoor adventures with her family: skiing, biking, hiking and exploring.

Her interior design experience encompasses a diverse range of projects, including restaurants, tenant improvements, medical office suites, and retail projects.
